Unusually fresh donuts for Dunkin Donuts where we usually receive hit delicious coffee but mediocre food. This store had great muffins, donuts and coffee. It has a drive through as well. Lots of holiday prewrapped gifts for sale at the counter. Good, friendly service
Jayson should be fired, and not working with the public. Whomever the manager on duty should also be looked at closely.
I ordered a cup XL HOT COFFEE by the App.i not really checked. I got medium hot coffee and tested a little lemonade it's bad..and I never want to buy coffee anymore from this place.
Upon being greeted by Jayson at the counter, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar, a chicken biscuit, and a doughnut. Jayson charged me for an iced coffee. When I realized the discrepancy, Jayson was more concerned with telling me that he had verified that I had said "iced" than he was with correcting the order. When I asked him to speak with the manager, I was handed $0.60 (not even the full difference between the two items), and the next customer was addressed without giving me the opportunity to speak to the manager.
