Im assuming they just took Acme employees and filled the roles at this location, because no one is trained properly... They do not know what they're doing. My wife and I have been here several times on different occasions and every order was incorrect. The first time they tried charging me almost $4 for a grande regular coffee! The next time I asked for blonde roast and they gave me pike. Then my wife's order was completely messed up. They desperately need training or better help.
If only there was a drive thru. But it's in a supermarket so it won't happen
Terrible. Every single time I've been there they have messed up the entire order from getting drinks wrong to forgetting things multiple times in the same order. Avoid this location
Staff members are always friendly and remember my name since I go there more frequently.
The baristas are friendly in this new Starbucks location. They are in a new store in an existing ACME grocery store that is also going under a current remodel. So there are a few kinks but the friendly staff makes up for that...give it a week or two and all will probably smooth out. My latte's have been spot on. They open at 6 am which is perfect for me and now the grocery store is also open at 6 double bonus.
