My mother-in-law was unable to hear for months. We took her to Dr. Clairvil for a second opinion...so pleased we did!! Dr. Clairvil took care of the problem right in the office and without the surgery suggested by the previous physician. Mom's hearing was restored the same day at the initial appointment. Can't say enough about the terrific, gentle care that Mom received!!!!
Jessie was very nice but her desk staff is very rude. She has no bedside manner very ignorant toward patients. I will be seeking another entry due to the (Chinese I think) receptionist. Her attitude was horrible. Does not show any ounce of care for others.
We think she and her office staff are all-around awesome! She and her staff acknowledge my mom's situation as very elderly and fragile, and gives her appointments that are timely, including some ASAP when possible. Dr. Clairvil is professional and friendly.
