I've been using this Sprint store for 3 years, and the staff there is always knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Today in particular, I went in because my new iphone was completely frozen and just past the return date. The manager worked for about an hour to get the problem solved without me having to wait for a new phone. It was a life saver.
After a long haul I got the help I wanted and was hooked up for the headache n wait. So happy now
